Plasma Surface Activation

Plasma Surface Activation greatly improves the adhesion characteristics of many materials prior to painting, potting, printing, lacquering or gluing. Plasma activation increases the surface energy of polymers, metals, glass and ceramics. Complex 3D shapes are treated all over.

Plasma Coatings

Plasma coatings are nano-scale coatings which permanently change the functional properties of materials. Materials can be made permanently wettable or totally liquid repellent. Surfaces can also be made anti-microbial or bio-compatible; the possibilities are almost endless.

Plasma Etching is used to 'roughen' a surface by a combination of chemical reactions and physical sputtering.
